# Connecting Nordex CNC to HubSpot for Automated Service Tickets

## Integrating your Nordex CNC machine with HubSpot enables automatic ticket creation when a fault is detected, helping your service team respond faster.

**Steps:**

1. Open your machine’s **Control Panel**.
2. Navigate to **Integrations → CRM → HubSpot**.
3. Enter your **HubSpot Private App Token** (from *Settings → Integrations → Private Apps*).
4. Enable **Automatic Service Ticket Creation**.
5. Simulate a test fault to confirm successful integration.

**Results:**

When a critical fault occurs, a ticket will appear in HubSpot with full machine details attached.
