      Connecting Nordex CNC to HubSpot for Automated Service Tickets

      Integrating your Nordex CNC machine with HubSpot enables automatic ticket creation when a fault is detected, helping your service team respond faster.

      Steps:

      1. Open your machine’s Control Panel.

      2. Navigate to Integrations → CRM → HubSpot.

      3. Enter your HubSpot Private App Token (from Settings → Integrations → Private Apps).

      4. Enable Automatic Service Ticket Creation.

      5. Simulate a test fault to confirm successful integration.

      Results:

      When a critical fault occurs, a ticket will appear in HubSpot with full machine details attached.
