Ask Nova to raise a service ticket or visit support.nordexsystems.com.

Include your machine model, serial number and a short description of the fault.

Select your preferred date and time slot.

Our scheduling team will confirm within 24 hours.
Before the Visit:

Ensure workspace access and power availability.

Have your safety officer or operator on-site during inspection.
After the Visit:
You’ll receive a digital report with actions taken, parts replaced and maintenance recommendations.
