      Power and Network Requirements for Nordex Machines

      To prevent installation issues, ensure your workshop meets Nordex’s electrical and connectivity requirements before powering up.

      Requirements:

      • Voltage: 400V ±10%, 50Hz, 3-phase

      • Breaker: Dedicated circuit breaker for each CNC unit

      • Grounding: Must meet IEC 60204-1 standards

      • Network: Wired Ethernet, 10 Mbps or higher

      • Firewall: Allow outbound access to api.nordexsystems.com for remote diagnostics

      Tip:

      Avoid connecting your machine via Wi-Fi or VPN — these can disrupt live telemetry and diagnostic data.
