# Power and Network Requirements for Nordex Machines

## To prevent installation issues, ensure your workshop meets Nordex’s electrical and connectivity requirements before powering up.

**Requirements:**

- **Voltage:** 400V ±10%, 50Hz, 3-phase
- **Breaker:** Dedicated circuit breaker for each CNC unit
- **Grounding:** Must meet IEC 60204-1 standards
- **Network:** Wired Ethernet, 10 Mbps or higher
- **Firewall:** Allow outbound access to api.nordexsystems.com for remote diagnostics

**Tip:**

Avoid connecting your machine via Wi-Fi or VPN — these can disrupt live telemetry and diagnostic data.
