      Updating Your Machine’s Firmware Safely

      Firmware updates ensure your Nordex CNC stays secure and performs at peak efficiency. Follow this procedure carefully.

      Before You Begin:

      • Backup your configuration to a USB drive.

      • Confirm the machine is idle.

      • Use a stable power connection to avoid interruption.

      Steps:

      1. Visit nordexsystems.com/support/downloads.

      2. Select your machine model and download the latest firmware.

      3. Copy the update file to a USB stick.

      4. Insert it into the machine’s control panel and go to System → Firmware Update.

      5. Follow the prompts to complete installation.

      6. After reboot, verify the new version under System Info.


      Post-Update Tip:

      Run a calibration check if prompted.
