# Warranty Coverage Overview

## All Nordex CNC machines come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

**What’s Covered:**

- Faulty mechanical or electrical components
- Firmware and software bugs introduced by Nordex updates
- On-site labour and travel for warranty repairs

**What’s Not Covered:**

- Third-party parts or modifications
- Damage from misuse or poor installation
- Consumables such as filters, coolant and seals

**How to Claim:**

Provide your **machine serial number** and **fault summary** through Nova or email **support@nordexsystems.com**.
