How to Request an Engineer Site Visit

If remote troubleshooting doesn’t resolve your issue, Nordex can dispatch a certified engineer to your site.

Steps:

  1. Ask Nova to raise a service ticket or visit support.nordexsystems.com.

  2. Include your machine model, serial number and a short description of the fault.

  3. Select your preferred date and time slot.

  4. Our scheduling team will confirm within 24 hours.

Before the Visit:

  • Ensure workspace access and power availability.

  • Have your safety officer or operator on-site during inspection.

After the Visit:

You’ll receive a digital report with actions taken, parts replaced and maintenance recommendations.
