Power and Network Requirements for Nordex Machines
To prevent installation issues, ensure your workshop meets Nordex’s electrical and connectivity requirements before powering up.
Requirements:

Voltage: 400V ±10%, 50Hz, 3-phase

Breaker: Dedicated circuit breaker for each CNC unit

Grounding: Must meet IEC 60204-1 standards

Network: Wired Ethernet, 10 Mbps or higher

Firewall: Allow outbound access to api.nordexsystems.com for remote diagnostics
Tip:
Avoid connecting your machine via Wi-Fi or VPN — these can disrupt live telemetry and diagnostic data.
