Updating Your Machine’s Firmware Safely

Before You Begin:

Backup your configuration to a USB drive.

Confirm the machine is idle.

Use a stable power connection to avoid interruption.
Steps:

Visit nordexsystems.com/support/downloads.

Select your machine model and download the latest firmware.

Copy the update file to a USB stick.

Insert it into the machine’s control panel and go to System → Firmware Update.

Follow the prompts to complete installation.

After reboot, verify the new version under System Info.
