All Nordex CNC machines come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered:

Faulty mechanical or electrical components

Firmware and software bugs introduced by Nordex updates

On-site labour and travel for warranty repairs
What’s Not Covered:

Third-party parts or modifications

Damage from misuse or poor installation

Consumables such as filters, coolant and seals

Provide your machine serial number and fault summary through Nova or email support@nordexsystems.com.
